This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations for EFI Brand to Wealth Summit 2026.
1. Ticket Cancellation
- Tickets once booked are generally non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The event is officially canceled by organizers
- Duplicate payments are made
- Technical payment errors occur
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
4. Transfer of Tickets
In certain cases, ticket transfers may be allowed after verification and organizer approval.
5. Event Postponement
If the event is postponed, purchased tickets may remain valid for the new date.
